What’s replacement of paneer?
How about dal roti at night?

You can replace pulse with paneer no problem as such, but since vegetarians diet generally lack in good quality protein you should make sure to add two to three serving of good quality protein such as milk and milk product to your diet. In pulse soybean has highest amount of protein try adding that to improve your protein content of diet.
