Evening snack (Three hours post lunch) – cup of green tea + sprouts be, one bowl

Dinner (2-3 hours post evening snacks) – bowl of soup or bowl of salad 2 + grilled paneer (40-50 g)+ bowl of vegetable

Post dinner (half – one hour before going to bed) – one fruit (preferably papaya)

An Indian weight loss diet chart for non-vegetarians

    i was checking diet chart and i saw your website and comments, Doc I m desperately writing this to you, hope u’ll help me. mam i hav one year old baby and breast feeding mom. i’m a PCOD patient and after a treatment i got pregnant. whn i gt pregnant my weight 72 but in my pregnancy i gained so much weight, i dont na how i gained so much weight. i reached 94kg in my delivery time. after delivery reduced only 10kg.
